I dropped Ryan off at the airport this morning. It's always a bit of a let-down to see him go. But we had a great day yesterday, and a great summer too.
Yesterday we took Ian to the State Fair, and we took pictures of every corny, funny looking thing we could find, especially ourselves. After that we went to Tapa the World, which is a Spanish restaurant in Sac that is way awesome. I had mushrooms and prawns and cheese and flan and sangria to drink, it was heavenly.
I'm sorry to see Ryan go because that means he won't get to see baby Bella anymore, either. She is getting so big so fast! I can hardly believe how small she was when I look back at pictures from weeks ago. She's eating real food now and the only complaints I can make have to do with waking up at 630am to find a kitten attatched to my nose. But, things are great.
I think I'm going to watch some tv, let myself mope about Ryan being gone for a half hour, and then make some lunch.
