God mamet, I have a knot on the right side of my neck that I discovered today. And of course it's Friday afternoon, so the earliest I can get an appointment is Monday afternoon. Although I'm sure it's nothing but a swollen lymph node or a cyst or something of the like, I will have it hanging over my head all weekend!
