.:Moondance:. and more

Well, it's a marvelous night for a Moondance
With the stars up above in your eyes
A fantabulous night to make romance
'Neath the cover of October skies
And all the leaves on the trees are falling
To the sound of the breezes that blow
And I'm trying to please to the calling
Of your heart-strings that play soft and low
And all the night's magic seems to whisper and hush
And all the soft moonlight seems to shine in your blush
Can I just have one a' more Moondance with you, my love
Can I just make some more romance with a-you, my love
This is my favorite October, Van Morrison, and romantic song all in one. I've been meaning to put it down all month, but I only finally remembered on the last day. I have a tape immortalizing the moment in which Ryan sang it for me at Gradnight. It was so sweet how he forgot most of the words but he still remembered to deedicate it to me. Hehe, it makes me giggle. He was so embarrassed afterwards, and I felt a little bad for him, but it was probably the sweetest thing anyone's ever done for me. And I'm all about the public humiliation. :oP
I put in disc one of RENT yesterday, and every single song still moves me after all this time. Some to power and fun, some to such...sadness. In the distance between work and home this morning the affirmation had me nearly in tears. It's such a beautiful show.
It needs to come back to San Francisco with a different Angel. Of the three times I've seen it, he was the only one that didn't impress me...it was disappointing. I had gotten Ryan jazzed about his character and it sort of fell flat when we saw him. Blah!
Off to bed...my mom's birthday and I have to pass out candy at my grandma's before work.
Oh yea, and before this entry I had 666 entries. Spooky Halloween goodness. :oP
