An amaizing Saturday

I suppose I never really wrote about my weekend, which ended up being pretty fun. I relented and said I would like to see Ryan after having a doctor's appointment that I wanted to talk over with him.

I got off Saturday morning and drove to Napa. Ryan and I snuggled back into bed and slept for a little while before driving to my dad's house. From there we left for UCDavis with my dad behind the wheel, just chatting and anticipating a fun tour of the campus. We arrived with no problems, parked, and hopped on a bus that meandered around the campus. After that we talked with a few people and roamed around the bookstore. My dad really enjoyed the bookstore for it's wide variety and large selection of art supplies. He was really impressed by the size not only of the bookstore, but also of the largest of five campus libraries containing itself more than 3 million books.

After a few hours we continued up 113 and stopped in Woodland to have lunch while we waited for the others, including Ian, to meet us. From there we continued down to the maze of maize and spent an hour and a half running around and enjoying ourselves. Then we headed home, and Ryan and I finaly got some alone time to talk about important things and cuddle until I fell asleep for work that night. He kissed me goodbye around nine and was off with his mom headed back to the airport.

What a day!

It was really great though, and a lot of fun. I think my dad enjoyed being included in some transfer stuff for once. And I like including him too. Everyhting was nice. :o)
